How to organise your language course?
From my personal experience the best way to organise your language course is: preparing everything in advance.

This agency will provide the best experience for you, also because it will give you lots of options. They give 3 options about schools, work programs and paid work programs, so you will be able to decide which is the best solution for you.
It also important to understand how to open a bank account or if , in case you need to work, how to get the National Insurance Number. I suggest Student Works even for these issues.
Meanwhile that you are waiting for you new life, get ready and practise English!! Useful way is using apps, or specific language's site. I personally suggest lyrictraining.com which is a site that can help your listening, it is funny and you can play with your friend as well.
Once you will arrive in the native country make new friends!! It is really important for your skills, but please try to avoid people from your same country otherwise you won't speak English and you won't improve at all. Try to understand the new culture and do activities that you haven't done before. Use the new language whenever you go.

Una volta arrivati in UK cercate di farvi degli amici! Evitate persone che vengono dal stesso vostro paese, se stati con amici che parlano la stessa vostra lingua non imparerete nulla di inglese. Cercate di scoprire la cultura inglese, confrontatevi, fare nuove esperienze, questo vi aiutera' a crescere interiormente.
Usate l'inglese ovunque voi andiate.
